try scrubbing your skin with bleach if you don't achieve desired results.
Put lemon juice on your skin and let it sit for a few minutes then take a shower & it should wash right off. Don't worry though, I use to too and it works great! It won't turn you orange or streak if you exfoliate first!
It fades pretty quickly and much faster if you shower often. Also, use a regular lotion after showering and that should help lighten it too.
