For boys, I love Frederick and Franklin. They were both under consideration when we named our son.
I don't have any F names on my girls' favorites list, but if I had to choose two favorite F names for girls, they would be Fiona and Flora. They were ones my husband and I briefly considered.
From your list, I love Felix. Fox and Finn are really nice, too. No need for any of them to be guilty pleasures, though (well, maybe "Free" belongs on the guilty pleasure list).
