Can you transfer files from Ausus Nexus 7 to Pc?

Hello everybody! I have a question about the Nexus 7 from google. Can you transfer files from the tablet to PC? In other words if i download a song to the tablet can I transferred it to my pc via usb?

    yes, the tablet will put any downloads into a downloads folder

    when you attach it to your PC, you can then access any folders on the tablet, including the downloads directory, which then you can copy them to your PC.
