MP3 Player's Driver is a system file?

My new MP3 player's driver is a system file (.sys extension). Where should this be filed to work? Or how can I open it? Where does it go? I've been trying to figure this out for ages and I can't think of anything. My USB port won't even recognize the device. I'm running Windows 7

Update:

The brand that manufactures it is called "Electro-Brand Inc." They have no website. *facepalm* It was a gift.

  • A converter won't work? Try converting the files into something your computer can read. were did you get your mp3 player and whats the make and Model?

  • the style of the MP3 participant and working equipment of the laptop could be powerful.you may try going to the manufacturers internet site to work out if there are as much as date utility or firmware,or drivers.
