Do documentaries or Videos of "kaiten" or other kamikaze vessels exist?
These were manned torpedoes and suicide craft, used by the Imperial Japanese Navy in the final stages of World War II.

Yes. When I was a kid, they used to show WW II documentaries frequently on the weekends which were actual scenes of battle. I remember seeing footage of it. I don't know where you would be able to see them now though. These were airplanes. I don't recall seeing any seagoing vessels that were used in suicide attacks.
