How to do push ups properly ?

I Can Only Do 3 .... YES THREE Push Ups lol but I Can Do Up To 160 Crunchess & I'm A Basketball Player =| , lol . Am I Doing Something Wrong ?

  • lie on the floor

    place your hands next to your chest (but a bit wider)

    get your feet into position

    then PUSH yourself up then go down make sure u get down low enough

  • Start by doing then on your knees. Then work ur way up to doing them on your feet.

  • Well, you get on the floor and then use your arms to go up and down. :D LOL

  • keep your arms shoulder width apart, its also easier when u spread your legs apart almost like doing middle splits

  • For a female it's harder lol
