Pokemon White Global Trade Center Help?
As you know in Pokemon White just like every other game since Pearl/Diamond, there is the global trade center. But in pokemon white you are only aloud to trade pokemon you have seen is there anyway to get all the pokemon in the global tade center, thanks.

The rules are the same in every Generation for the GTS so far. So no. Use GTS Negotiations or the WiFi Room (if you have other people's FCs and you've schedualed a trade with them) to trade Pokemon you haven't seen. This rule also applied in 4th Gen (GTS Negotiations didn't exist in 4th Gen, but you were still able to get Pokemon that aren't in your Pokedex through the WiFi Room).
No. It has always been an issue but why do it? So people can use nothing but kanto starters in their team? Bleieve me there are only two types of people who complain: Those that want more pokedex entries and those that just want to have a team of 1st gen pokemon.
It seems like the GTS is down, so its not a problem at your end. The GTS in Platinum is not working for me either.
