how do i upload videos from limewire onto my sylvania mp3 player?

i have the 5.2.13 limewire version. how do i load the videos from limewire and then save it onto my mp3 player???

    in case you get carry of a song from limewire, it get carry of it to a folder. attempt to confirm the place that folder is. ok, now dubbelclick that folder so u are in it. you will desire to work out the song you have downloaded. then rightclick on the song and decide "decrease" bypass to "my computing gadget" and decide your mp3 ( verify u connect the mp3 first to the computing gadget) then bypass to the folder the place u placed ur song in and rightclick and decide "paste" this would desire to do it
