graphics card is ok.. but i would get the Nvidia GTX560 by Gigabyte instead.
congrats on your build...
but if your buying a pre build FX cpu computer... u could get a really good combo deal pre made on www.newegg.com
It's sure compatible and it would work but it's pretty clear it's your first build, it's just not very well balanced and the power supply is way way way too much, it could power two GTX 680s in SLi.
I'll help you out here

Also here's some other cases you might like, though I figured the Storm Scout was the most similar to the Challenger except that it's a better built, more higher quality case (also matched the rest of the build to the color scheme as best I could . Also instead of getting a 200mm fan I would just buy a more expensive case like the HAF XM or 922 Advanced that already comes with lots of fans.

You can also sometimes get cheap used Windows product keys from the web or local PC shops, I used to work at such a place and we always would get product keys from machines that were beyond fixing and sometimes would get new ones like Windows 7 as well, you might be able to get a product key for like $35 that'll totally work like any other.
After all this effort to build a reasonable system why would you cripple it with the GT430 video card. It is fairly low end for any gaming (ok for surfing the internet...) Even my mid-range 5770 is about 2-3 times faster than the GT430. My 6870 blows the doors off the 430.
Try to get a better video card, especially if planning to play ANY games...
confident... confident.. confident.. and confident.. yet i might suggestion upping the reminiscence to a minimum of 512mb and consider out upgrading the pictures.. That board in all probability has and AGP slot, yet whilst it has a PCI-show slot circulate that way. additionally the HD is a sprint small for an XP device.
