good deal for espresso stand?
there is a espresso stand for sale and its $42,000. they say the monthly profit is $10-12k. is this a good deal? or way over priced? i want someone who owns or has owned an espresso stand to answer. thanks!

Easy to figure out.
Add you rent, electric, payroll, taxes, water, accounting fee's, garbage removal and deduct it from $2500( weekly profit)
Then see what remains.
Sounds a little skimpy to me, but I would need more facts.
( businessman 44 years).
OH WAIT, the profit is not 10 to 12 K.
That's the amount of business they do.
You need to get there expense report.
Don't just dive into it without knowing.
Sounds like after all is said and done, you'll earn 50K a year for yourself (if you don't hire any help and run it yourself).
I would definately say try for a cheaper price a good price would be a couple thousand less
