Does every other professional tattoo artist hate scratchers as much as I do?
You don't sound professional at all. A professional would look past a persons flaws, mistakes and scars and look at them as a person you are creating art for. Quit being cocky.

Ok. I had never heard that term before. I guess we all have gripes about clients odd requests and behaviors.
Pretty sure the OP means people that scratch their tattoos after getting them done, which you aren't supposed to do.
