Fantasy Hockey: Trade Fair or not?
Trade was veto'd by the commish. Good veto or not
Player One Gets ~ Patrick Kane and Dan Ellis
Player Two Gets ~ Corey Perry and Jonas Hiller
This is a keeper league (So Hiller's injury isn't a big factor) and there's 16 teams and two starting goalies each (32 goalies min), it's a head to head league and they are 14 categories and 5 of them are goalie categories, so as you can see goalies are worth a lot.

Yea Player One got ripped off. I would trade Perry for Kane and Ellis but not Perry and Hiller.
It was a good veto. Player 2 is getting the better of this deal, seeing as fantasy wise, Perry and Hiller are way better than Kane and Ellis.
Maybe if Player 1 got a starting goalie like Hiller. Then it would be fair. Or if it was Perry for Kane and Ellis.
ooh. yes despite Hiller's injury he is better. just went to the Ducks game this night, and Ellis gave up 3 goals to the Stars. Not that Hiller hasn't had his bad times, but he's had a lot of shutouts this season, which really counts. and perry also had his first hat trick this year, plus both Ducks players (Hiller and Perry) were on the allstars. So Player Two gets the good end of the stick. As you can tell, I'm a big Ducks fan.
Player 2 wins that one IMO. Hiller's better than Ellis.
i do no longer think of i might commerce Crosby for all of us participant, yet once you have been to equipment i might say it would count on the strengths and weaknesses on your lineup. Say you're in a league with 2 C, 2 LW, 2 RW, 4 D, 2 G and a few bench. in case you had Eric Staal and Anze Kopitar as 2 different centers, for instance (which potential one may be benched), yet your RWs have been Peter Mueller, Jordan Tootoo, and Chad LaRose, and your goaltenders have been Jonathan Bernier and Rick DiPietro, then i might evaluate a commerce for, say Corey Perry and Ryan Miller - a proper RW and an elite goaltender.
