How do I control my system fans speed?

OK so i have a gigabyte ga z77-d3h motherboard, and i have 2 system fans in my computer case, both of them plugged into the motherboard (front fan and exaust fan). I am sure that the back fan (exaust fan) is plugged into the motherboard. so how do i control them or at least disable the front fan or make it spin less so it can be a little quite please speedfan doesnt do **** i tried it didnt know how to work it and did nothing to be honest. so please help me and no i dont really want to take the system fan plug out of the motherboard. im sure they are connected to the motherboard with a 4pin connector. please help guys thanks in advance!

  • You may be able to control the fan speed through the BIOS routine.
