so times im really paranoid / stressed?
what would you reccomend? im in high school and very busy. also society just runs a toll on you sometimes. so what is some good ways to relieve this parnoia / stress. i already excercise and that helps some but i need more. i like to smoke weed sometimes and drink. any thing else? what about salvia? is that good? i heard it really helps you meditate and the trips just make you feel amazing (unless your having a bad trip). helpp

marijuana causes paranoia maybe you should stop doin drugs and just chill before you start having panic attacks or anxiety disorder .....try talking to your friends continue working out and there are a lot of techniques for reducing stress on the internet
Try Omega 3.
Try and quit the weed. It will do wonders.
