Thank all of for your responses. I have already obtained the attorney and am still waiting to hear if he got the papers. I am worried about my baby and have been fighting this for the past three mths.He was suppose to visit a sick relative. Any more help you can offer please post Thank you
Update:Can I go to the state he is in and just get my son? Without leagl papers etc?

Contact your attny. Get the papers required. THEN go to the state where your baby is. However, do NOT go alone. Go with a police escort when you go to pick up your baby. I wish you the very best........
