How do I transport all my email contacts from my basic account to my "group"?

I have a basic busniess email which is not allowing me to send emails to all contacts at one time. And when I try to send in sections it only allows me to send so many before "locking" me out for 24 hours. It sugg4ested to me to open a "group" which I have now done, however, NOW I cannot seem to transfer the contacts at the same time.

    Hi Donna.

    If you just opened your Yahoo! group, you will not have the ability to directly add email addresses to it, as the add members feature was discontinued for all new groups as of April 9, 2012. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

    However, you may use the invite feature to invite up to 50 email addresses per 24 hours to your group. For more information on this feature, please see the following Help article:
