ebay doesn't ship. it's an auction site that people sell their own goods on. so the selling may or may not ship international. most of them do no as of they try to avoid scams. recently my dad sold a pair of $350 sunglasses to some guy in india. guy claims they were broken and is filing a claim. that's why MOST sellers don't ship international.
