How do I send text messages from Canada to USA free? I have a cell phone but I believe that it will cost money to send text from country to country.. is there any possibilities I can send free text maybe from PC?

Also, almost all cell-phone providers in the world allow their subscribers to receive SMS that have originated as e-mails, max 166 characters.
