How do you resize a circle in Photoshop CS6?
I made a circle using the Elliptical Marquee Tool and I want to change the size without creating a new selection. How would I go about doing that?

Right click on the circle selection, and click "Transform Selection." You can now transform the selection itself without making a new one.
Same way as you resize a selection in most previous versions of Photoshop. Click Select > Transform Selection
