Serious headache problem?
Everyday that I wake up early, my eyes are bloodshot and I get a horrible headache right around my forehead area. It eventually goes away. Around 4-5 hours later, the same headache comes back, and it hurts pretty bad. This problem is really affecting my school work, is there anything I can do?

Let me ask you this question: when you go out into the Sunlight; do you squint your eyes unless wearing sunglasses ? do you get a headache in the sun or bright light? If so this indicates:
A Deficiency of Riboflavin Vitmain B2
Riboflavin is found in only a few foods: Dairy products; Almond products and Brewer's Yeast;
the best is to buy a bottle of Riboflavin Vit. B2;
just ask a pharmacist for a good brand and buy what he gives you; Riboflavin is very inexpensive;
Riboflavin also prevents Cataratchs to boot ! Anne summary Riboflavin B2 prevents headaches

Sure, start out with having your eyes checked. It sounds like you're waking up with your eyes strained (bloodshot), and they get worse as the day goes on, even though it's a little better before it gets worse.
I usually face that prob when I don't get sufficient sleep or study overnight.
I try to drink lotta work, chew gums etc.
Thank God I've a holiday today.Don't worry Micheal try to get atleast 7 hrs of sleep and don't get stressed out.
If the prob persists go visit a doc.
How weird is this! i'm suffering the same thing, too. So, anyway, my doctor told me I'm starting a flu; hot drinks and rest will do.
Ask a doctor--it's best! (or try going to www.WebMD.com)
Get well!
