DON'T!!! A blister is your skins way of defending itself and keeping out infection. If you pop it you run the risk of infection and scarring. Let it be it will heal on it's own. If you are concerned go see your doctor.
YOu don't pop a blister. The blister has formed for a reason and is acting as a cusion on an injury. Leave it alone, in fact you could protect it with a band aid or something if it is on your foot or where something will wear on it. It will go away when the time is right.
If you have a blister and you want to pop it get a needle burn the tip to get all the germs off then dip it in peroxide or alcohol to make sure no germs are on the needle. Poke a hole in it and squeeze. Good luck
if you just leave it alone it will reabsorb. if you lance it (drain it with a needle), the skin underneath will just be super sensitive and painful. you'll be better off if you just let nature take it's course.
