Is a 77% a bad grade?
That's what I'm getting in my Grade 10 Enriched Math class, and I think it's terrible...worst thing is, I just wrote my math exam today and I think I got a really bad grade, maybe a 70%. It makes me feel really bad because I'm normally an A+ student, and I'm getting 99% in civics, 95% in history, and 95% in Food and Nutrition. I hope the math exam doesn't make my mark drop too much, and I still feel terrible after writing it..so, is it too bad of a grade?

When it comes to math MOST people are not A students, I wouldn't worry about it too much if your career goals do not require good math grades. That doesn't mean stop trying, just don't be upset. You do great in your other classes so that should balance it out! One way you can look at it is: 77% is only 3% from a B-
No, actually that's above average. The average grade is a 70-75. Don't worry about it, it may seem like the worst thing, because I'm an all A's student and in math I also made a C.
I just raised my grade by working harder and ended up getting a 90% on my report card!
It relies who you ask. That will traditional out to be a low B or top C. To me that implies room for benefit however has the talents to shoot as much as a top B or low A with rough paintings. But developing up I used to be advised Cs have been unacceptable and dad and mom learn the growth reviews so much most often. Its above traditional however I see grades as a suggestions device. As are correct on! you might have ppints within the financial institution and a few leeway when you've got a no longer so best scan. Bs imply you're within the risk-free zone, room to move up however nonetheless a cushion in the event you pass down. To me a C is a sign pronouncing you're doing good enough however no longer best and there's nonetheless time to upgrade. a D is the empty gasoline tank gentle pronouncing "do some thing quickly!" I wouldnt strain over a C however I could see it as suggestions that you could must research extra or paintings rough for an A for your subsequent task or homework.

I've heard worse, just do better next time to get your percentage mark higher, it's really the only way or maybe you could ask your teacher if you can resit the test or you could get a copy of the test paper and do it yourself, see the questions you were stuck on and study that subject.
Today, my friend told me that she got 17% on her maths test. -_-

Its not a bad grade but you need to work really hard on the exam if you want to bring it up by a lot.
U answered your own question, if YOU think its bad than its bad, But thats actually a high C , close to a B , so i guess just put in a little more effort in it and you will get the grade u want
But i dont think you should stressthat much, u seen like an eccellent student, bug we cant always be perfect!
77 percent doesn't help but if you already have good grades your gonna be OK.
