mass effect 2: do you loose ammo power right after you do a biotic/tech?
Say I do a warp. Do I loose armor piercing ammo for ~6 seconds while my powers recharge? I mean it says that the ammo stays active until it's overridden by another power.
Also, I have found that in several occasions, I have had to reactivate my ammo power. why is this?

you have to activate your ammo power on each of your weapons, i do this before the fighting starts....
if you have the ammo power already on the gun, you don't lose it.....if you don't then you have to wait to recharge after a warp (etc) to activate the power
No. Your ammo power is still active. Once you activate an ammo power, it stays active for an entire mission or overridden by another ammo power.
