Pop Ads even After System Recovery?

Well I set my computer back to factory setting but I'm still getting these random pop-up ads like i did before

I'm not sure if this is still the virus or does that happen to everyone?

(Though doesn't factory setting kill all virus??)

(Before the recovery it would literally pop up every 1-5 mins)

Update:

Well i did the malwarebyte scan before the recovery but that didn't really help. And its at factory setting mean it like brand new so there shouldn't be any viruses, right?

    There have been some cases where some viruses has been known to replicate themselves despite a reformat, but they are rare. It's likely the pop ups are from the software that came bundled with your computer. You can uninstall them if they annoy you, but to be sure, update and run a virus scan. You can also download this free and highly recommended scanner http://www.malwarebytes.org/ to double check.

    did you get it from Best buy?? they put ad programs on there pc's just so that they can charge you to take them off.
