How do i immigrate to Canada?
So I'm 21, finished 12 years of education, 3 years of army, don't have any work experience.
How can i immigrate? can i study there first and then do the process?

-You can immigrate simply by driving across the border as fast you can, and losing your 5 star wanted level. Go hide in an alley for a few minutes.
"Can i study there first and then do the process?"
-No.
"What should i do?"
-See how many cars you can fit into the local burger shot. Or hide in Quebec. That seems like a fun place.
You will need to loose about 2O IQ points and learn to say "A" after all your sentences.
Go and rent "Strange Brew" it will really help.
Seriously, really think about immigrating because once your U.S. citizenship is relinquished it can be very difficult to become naturalized here again.
