How do I write a contract?
Do I need a licensed lawyer to write contracts for me to use? Or can I write them myself? And if I can write them myself, what would I need to put on them to make them "official and binding, etc"?

You can buy a general contract template from Office Max/Office Depot/ Staples or from USlegalforms.com. However a lawyer can make a form that is tailored to your needs.
If you want the contract to be binding and to stand up in court, you do not DIY - especially when you haven't got a clue.
You can visit your local office supply store and find generic contracts to cover most issues.
I strongly suspect you're confusuing techniques of settlement with techniques of settlement. As your question asked "together as is an settlement an settlement" it makes actually 0 experience. attempt decrease returned.
