Why do seaside apartments never sell?
Update:
And i'm not saying ALL apartments.
But there always buidling apartments in coastal towns/ cities and some of them don't sell and the companies fold. Like all the ghosting apartment complex's in Miami.
Comments
Because they are way too expensive for anyone to buy.
They are either too highly priced because of location or people are scared to buy them because of coastal erosion.
Of course they sell. Are you thinking that all seaside apartments are empty? No.
I didn't realize they were all vacant. I thought people lived in them.
