Why do seaside apartments never sell?

Update:

And i'm not saying ALL apartments.

But there always buidling apartments in coastal towns/ cities and some of them don't sell and the companies fold. Like all the ghosting apartment complex's in Miami.

Comments

  • Because they are way too expensive for anyone to buy.

  • They are either too highly priced because of location or people are scared to buy them because of coastal erosion.

  • Of course they sell. Are you thinking that all seaside apartments are empty? No.

  • I didn't realize they were all vacant. I thought people lived in them.
