As long as your service provider has mobile TV feature, you should be able to watch TV on the N70.
Yes according to my phone smarts! If your network supports mobile tv then when you buy the phone it will probley come with the program, i think vodafone and t-mobile do, Oh and it also supports Sky+ tv recording
