Whenever I eat anything hot or cold it really hurts...my teeth are so sensitive that sometimes i avoid both hot and cold things...please help...what should I do ?
First of all you should see a dentist or mention this the next time you go in for an appointment.
Have you ever tried Sensodyne or another sensitive toothpaste?
I have really sensitive teeth and I've used Sensodyne for years and I've found that it works. Make sure you brush every night and don't brush too hard.
Otherwise try and avoid the foods that make your teeth hurt, to save yourself the discomfort. And if you just can't give something up, make sure to eat it slow and pause in between.
Maybe your teeth enamel is getting weak, which means you need lots of protein to help them stay sturdy. Try changing toothpaste or find products for tooth sensitivity.
