Graphic card upgrade?
Im looking to game on my computer but right now all the games i have to run on low settings and even then they still lag i have a amd hd raedon 6450 with a ATX-TL500W-BK 500 watt Power Supply is there any upgrades to improve the settings?

Get a better graphics card. The Radeon HD 6450 is very low-end.

At minimum, get a Radeon HD 7750. Preferably a 7770 or 6850.
I Suggest You To Get HD 6770 With That Power supply
The quality that your computer can run games is also very dependent on your processor. A good graphics card will probably be the 6850 or the 6870 by radeon. Both very good GPUs that will handle most games very well.
Upgrade, the video card.
