Can you show me how to write it out on paper?

  • 12:15=2:x

    12(x)=15(2)

    x= 15(2)/12

    x=2.5

  • 12 / 2 = 6

    Therefore divide:

    15 / 6 = 2.5 inches

    Therefore on paper:

    The width is 2 inches and

    The length is 2.5 inches

  • 12 / 2 is 6.. so divide 15 by 6. .and you get the answer.. which is 2.5

  • 12 / 2 is 6.. so divide 15 by 6. .and you get the answer.. which is 2.5

  • x = 20 - 4x x + 4x = 20 - 4x + 4x, (upload 4x to the two sides) 5x = 20 (Divide 5 by the two sides) x = 4, there is your answer. nicely, including 4x by the two sides will do away with the - 4x on the staggering area and combine with the x on the different area a million + 4 = 5. this style you have x by itself that's what you in many circumstances attempt to do on a majority of those issues.
