  • try right clicking on the taskbar. uncheck lock the taskbar & then try to move those tiny little arrows on the right all the way to the left.

  • i'm sorry to declare this is style of a dumb domicile windows factor - it in all danger can't be fastened. what's occurring is that once you hover your mouse over the arrow domicile windows reflects a "tooltip" (the little explanatory popup that announces "practice hidden icons"). whilst the taskbar is on the backside of the show the tooltip exhibits above and fairly to the acceptable of your mouse pointer - great. whilst the taskbar is on the impressive of the show in spite of if, there's no longer room above the mouse pointer considering the shown fact that is off the impressive of the show altogether. domicile windows nonetheless pops up the tooltip in spite of if this is compelled to show it somewhat decrease, and it seems it truly is nice under the mouse pointer, and it truly is the place you get caught in this weird and wonderful loop that motives it to blink. whilst the tooltip pops up, the mouse pointer is technically over the tooltip and not the little arrow. because of fact the mouse pointer is no longer hovering over the arrow (so a good distance as domicile windows is worried, a minimum of) the tooltip disappears. yet whilst the tooltip disappears the mouse IS hovering over the little arrow returned, so the tooltip re-seems! i assume the only the variety to end this from occurring could be to the two persist with toad's suggestion, or disable the tooltips altogether (see the link under in case you go with to do this). This 2d selection could desire to reason you greater issues than it solves however, on account which you will by no skill be waiting to get the explanatory tooltips by way of hovering over something interior the taskbar.
