Basically go to as many skateboarding tournaments and competitions as possible, Sometimes sponsors go there to find the next Tony Hawk. You just need to keep practicing and trying to get yourself noticed. It's a hard game but if you're committed and a very persevering person, you'll do it! You just need to practice, practice, PRACTICE!

Join local tournaments/clubs from your town and when your ready you can go big leagues in bigger towns like tournaments in Chicago, New York, LA, etc.
