You definitely won't be bringing them back with you.
The only visa for which your aunt may be eligible is a Remaining Relative visa. She must be your mother's sister and neither she nor her partner (if she has one) can have any siblings or parents (step or natural) who are not permanently resident in Australia. Currently, RR visas take over 15 years to be processed. In 15+ years, she and and anyone else included in the application (e.g. her children) must still meet all of the eligibility requirements. If she has acquired a partner, he must have no siblings or parents not resident in Australia and her children must still be fully dependent on her and not engaged or married.

Your aunt will have to qualify for a visa on her own merits. Having you and your mother PRs already is not going to assist them in any way. You cannot even give them a boost by living in a redial area as you are not currently living in Australia ( that boost only he's them if she has one of a small number of specific occupations that are in need in that region- but your mother needs to live there as well)
Need a visa for your aunt and kids

Put them on a plane and bam
No ,they would have to qualify to immigrate on their own
No, they won't be eligible for a visa.
