lots of winkles and lose skin on his head and neck does that mean he has alot of growing room

    Some breeds keep the wrinkles, but some puppies grow out of the wrinkle-phase. Depends on the breed.

    Well, it would depend on the age, breed and type of dog.

    if it is a puppy, sure it could.

    If it is a Dog like a pug or bull master, nope Just the way God made the dog.

    If it is a dog that never had wrinkles and aging skin before, you need to go to a Vet. This could be a sign of anything from poor nutrition and maybe even dehydration.

    NOOO! depends on the dog. mastiffs and boxers have ecess skin every where as a puppy
