Carrier Infinity Fault Codes?

I am receiving a warning on my Infinity thermostat: "Alert, Critical Malfunction, etc." What does that mean and how do I get through the thermostat to find the fault code so I can fix it. Thanks so much for your help.

    I think I have found a website that can help you. They have many options for you. I do service on almost all heating and AC equipment but I personally havnt worked on these. Try(www,favret.com/pdf files/thermostat) It seems to be on page12of12

    UTI Electronics in Huntington,IN makes tons of electronic controls including T-Stats.for various manufacturers

    go to carrier website and look under your model number for help. There are several series of the infinity line. Need numbers to be more help. And carrier doesn't make t-stats, they use someones Else's and put their name on them
