DO THE EGGS GROW

  • The eggs themselves do not change in size. If the mating was successful, you might have 2 baby cockatiels in the next several weeks. There might also be more eggs coming; a clutch of 2 eggs is kindof small.

  • No, eggs are not meant to grow. They are meant to protect the growing chick inside.

  • no, they don't. Sometimes, the eggs can just be duds, and the bird just randomly popped it out. I've had that before, and it's a male. (both male and female birds can lay eggs) But, females always have the fertilized ones ...i think...

  • nope. the babies inside grow but the egg stays the same.
