I don't always deink coffee, but when I do it means that I'm sleepy. I usually drink coffe every second day after my training I'm tired and i need more energy because I have to study and then I take a cup of coffee
i started with 1 and then started raising that amount slowly to keep me warm but then i started getting so dizzy i just went cold turkey and switched to hot water with tea and or lemon

I usually drink tea, me wife has at least one coffee a day so she doesn't get angry with me for buying a Keurig.
