Do I qualify for a service dog?
These are my disorders and stuff
PANDAS
Chronic Lymes
Bunch of anxiety disorders
Depression
PTSD
And some minor ones (heart problems, intestinal stuff bla bla) that arent really the main concern though.
Does it sound like I can qualify? I have problems in public and with leaving my house. I have memory problems so I will probably add more examples as they happen today

There are other questions that to me are more important. Can you afford a service dog ($25,000) Can you anager the care of a service dog. Are you capable of maintaining the training of a service dog. Who qualifies has more to do with who is doing the traiing and if they think you qualify. Yu do not get a prescription for a service dog and than go get one. It is a intensive process.
Are there specific trained tasks that you require to mitigate your disabilities which a service dog could provide? Providing you with emotional support is not a trained task. Reminding you of things can be accomplished with alarms set on a phone or watch. Do your treating physicians feel that your disorders rise to the level of legal disabilities? Do they believe you would benefit from a service dog? Do they believe you to be capable of meeting the full physical and mental needs of a service dog on a routine daily basis without exceptions? Can you afford the substantial cost of a trained service dog?
I do not know how to edit the question on mobile, but I have panic attacks ( during which my vision gets foggy and I have problems talking, and sometimes I will vomit and convulse) dissociative spells, tics, mood swings, stability issues, and a phobia of crowds and stuff
(Im the op)
Possibly.
If you can't manage your disorders safely then probably.
Talk to your doctor.
Can you explain what PANDAS stands for?
