    You could always yOtube "how to do a cartwheel". Should help :)

    When I did acrobat my teacher always told me to think about it as "hand, hand, foot foot".

    1. Bend sideways and put one hand down (try left)

    2. Through your weight over and put your second (right) hand down

    3. Bring your body over

    4. Put your left leg down

    5. Then your right

    6. Bring your body weight up!!!!!
