So we're going on a road trip soon and plan to take my dog along with us. However our car/suburban is kinda high like 2 or 3 ft. and my dog is getting older and has arthritis in her back legs. Is there anything that would help her get up there without her hurting?

You could just get some plywood and blocks and build a ramp.
Well I have seen steps that are built for dogs to get into cars.
Especially if you're going on a trip.. the dog will need to get in and out more than a few times.. so the portable stairs might be worth it.
I believe I saw them at pets mart but you can probably search online and find other stores that sell them.
You can purchase a ramp at many pet stores. Your other option is to lift her in (perhaps with two people).
ADD: Some dogs can learn to use a stool or 2-step stool to climb up as well.
you can lift her or get a ramp or doggie steps
how much does she weigh? you could just lift it into the car
Just pick her up and help her in and out.
