This NHL prospect from Russia is said to be the next Teemu Selane?

1. He doesn't belong to the Ducks (The've never drafted a Stan)
2. My grandaughter can skate like that from centre ice to the end boards (as can 5 million Canadians)
So.......I'm not thinking a whole helluva lot.
If he's 17 he can't be property of any NHL team. You've posted this before, and the must be 18 to be drafted rule hasn't changed yet.
And skating forwards in a straight line for 15 seconds tells us absolutely nothing about his skill level.
If this is a true prospect, and is 17 as stated in the description, then he obviously is not property of an NHL team.
I have never heard of him. Is he drafted? If not, when is he draft eligible? The video doesn't show much, other than an anomally of a name ending in 3 S's.
What article or who is comparing him to Selanne? Provide a link.
