Do Trans-gender/Transsexual Males/Females...?
Hello. A very great friend of mine (Male) has always felt like a female inside. She is thinking about doing a type of surgery that allows the Penis to become a Vagina, So she will be a full woman. I support her decision strongly. I just have a couple questions to ask that she is worried about. Or has no idea of how it works. I'm sorry If I don't use the right term, so I will be putting Trans-gender/Transsexual. I don't want to offend anyone. So my first question is, When the Penis becomes a vagina are you able to pee as if it where born a vagina? My second question is, Do you feel intercourse af it was before. I tried researching these questions but found many different answers. So I am hoping to get real answers from real people who have made the decision to not change them selves, but to complete them selves

the fact that you are trying to get it righ is good. I see you got the pronouns right, which is good.It depneds on the person, most prefer transgedner, some prefer transsexual and others will use both terms. You should ask you friend as gto which gterm she prefers
1. you pee though your vagina like any other woman
2. Not exactly , actually the sex is better and more intense than before
I'm sure that a good surgeon could make him pee like a woman. With regard to sensation during intercourse; as far as I'm aware he will sacrifice the ability to climax. Any surgeon claiming to be able to replicate female pleasure sensors is a quack.
I'm not a fan of these Frankenstein surgeries which mess with nature.
Add: Shane Michael looks barely old enough to be shaving. How he can state with certainty that sex after being butchered will still be good, is way beyond me.
