how many times do you do a set?

like do you do one set wait a few seconds and do another one or do you do one do something else and come back to it

  • because i am not gaining any mass and am trying to lose weight i do one set and then do smth else and then do another set. for instance while i do shoulders i do in between biceps with free weights. but if u do not need to maintain high heart rate for losing weight u can rest between sets. i do usually 12 to 20 reps and 4 sets

  • do a set of 15 reps rest for a minute to a minute and a half and do another dont rest more then two minutes between sets

  • I do six sets per exercise in groups of three exercises. I usually do 3 or 4 groups per workout.

  • not sure may be 3 hour
