Favorite girls names?

What are your favorites and why, if there s a reason? :)

My favorites are Zoe, Maggie, Grace and Sierra because it sounds really cool with my last name.

I like Zoe Evelyn because Zoe is the Jewish translation of Eve and it means life... and Evelyn is the name of my great grandmother who was very close to my mom, we miss her lots. I think it s a cool name!

I love Maggie but not so much Margaret , and Mae is my great grandmothers middle name, so there is another way to honor her.

I think Grace is just really pretty, not sure about a middle name.

Sierra is really nice with my last name, pronounced Sam-Ski

I d love to hear your names!

  • Your names are very pretty! I love how each name you chose has a special meaning, especially the ones to honor your grandmother.

As for me, I have so many names I like. But, here are just a few of my favorites :)

Caetlyn "Cay" Lillie-My hands down favorite first name. I love how there are so many spelling combos, and many nn options as well! The L's tie together in each name, and while the mn isn't traditional through my family, I think it's beautiful.

Lindsey Marie- I've always liked this first name. Not sure, I think it's something about the "sey" ending. I think it's cute. Also, Marie is my mom and sisters middle name, so I could keep the name going.

Macy Lucille-Another name ending with y! I think the name is feminine and young, and the C sounds tie together in both names very nicely. Lucille is my great grandmothers name, and her and I share the same first name;Mary. So, I really would love to honor her.

Paislay Katherine-Second favorite first name! It's so so beautiful. As for the middle name, it is timeless and classy. Also, it's a long name, which I enjoy.

Raeghen Elizabeth-The fn is long, which I think is a very precious touch. It has the long "a" sound like in Caetlyn, which is another feature I adore. The middle name is very important to my family. My one grandmother has it as a fn, the other as a mn. It's my mn, and my cousins fn!!

So yeah, here's my favorite combos.

  • Alexandra, Alura, Annalicia, Brighetta, Cenia, Cristabel, Elana, Elina, Elisandra, Emeralda, Emerencia, Gianna, Isabella, Jadiann, Jessenia, Jezerae, Josette, Julianna, Karissa, Lorelia, Malena, Marissa, Marielisa, Marzena, Nicolena, Raine, Rosmelia, Selena, Valencia, Victoire, Viviana

  • My favorites (I'll limit myself to 5) are: Audrey Katherine, Olivia Paige, Noelle Elise, Violet Mackenzie, and Amelia Eve.

Audrey Katherine - classic, elegant name to me. The name has a certain beauty to it and makes me think of a modern day princess.

Olivia Paige - though common, it has a nice feminine side but with a tomboy option if the girl decides so.

Noelle Elise - I just love Noelle, it's so Christmas-y in a discrete way, not overused, and Elise is cute and young

Violet Mackenzie - such a young and pretty name, it's cute and fun

Amelia Eve - has a presence to it that makes you think of class and a successful business lady who can also go out and have fun

  • Diana- Firstly, I am a huge princess Diana fan. She was an incredible and beautiful soul. Secondly, Artemis is my favorite greek goddess and Diana is her roman equivalent.

Rose/Rosalie/Rosamund- Beautiful, romantic sounding names. Roses conjure up an image of class and romance and naturally, these names give me the same image.

Violet- Another name that sounds very romantic and mysterious

Giselle- Truthfully, I just like the way it looks. It sounds sweet to me

Ophelia- A guilty pleasure name that sounds absoloutely lovely but I don't think I would ever name my child that in fear of them hating me haha

  • My name is Shacora, but I live the name Sophia or Sophie. That's what I wish my name was.

  • Klaire, Emma, Paige, Beth, Peytan, Mahayleigh, Alesandra, Veronica, Leigh, & Oceana. (Oh-she-on-nah) Some are rly different but I like different :)

  • Scarlett, stella, lyla, lucy, maizey,
