.......Natural Blonde.......?
I am a natural blonde, who, a couple of months ago decided to go darker. I started out with Brown first, but then my hair started turning red, so eventually I ended up dying my hair black. I love it, except for the maintenance. Every two weeks or so I'm having to do my roots. My question is, if I go to a salon and get my roots done professionally would it last longer than over the counter products such as Root Touch-up and things like that?
Also, will it ruin my hair having to do my roots ever so often?

No your hair won't last longer if you get it done at salon, as your hair will just grow at same rate, plus you won't damage your hair if only doing your roots and not dying all previously dyed hair again
No..It depends on how fast your hair grows....and No. Not if you only do your roots. The roots are healthy hair that have grown out.
