System Of A Down Vs. Rise Against?

My friends and I were having a fight about whose better and could could pwn one another.

I said Rise Against, my friends said System Of A Down. then i said you can't compare 2 different types of genre. They may fall under Rock, but they're different types of Rock.

So, System Of A Down OR Rise Against?

Rise Against doesn't have an "Immigrant Song".

they were bein compared cause I wrote this essay on wantin to meet Rise Against then my friend said "SOAD would own Rise Against" and then yeah XD

    I'm not going to lie, I am a pretty big fan of both bands but I think I would have to go with Rise Against.

    Rise Against may sound a tad like the Offspring, but at least it was when they were good.

    Anyway, both bands are good, but different. I'll go with Rise Against, mainly based on the older stuff though.

    SOAD is definitely more unique in my opinion.. Rise Against reminds me of The Offspring for some reason. A tad derivative.

    SOAD. I like Rise Against, but I don't like any of their newer songs while I haven't heard a SOAD song I don't like.

    SOAD. I only like RA's "Immigrant Song." Everything else is kinda meh.
