I kind of know what it is I need a better understanding tho I just saw one when I was driving on the side of a shack it kind of creeped me out im not sure why but whats it mean?

its kinda tied with witchcraft and feminism and if i were you i would stay away from it
i'm not exactly sure of the exact meaning, all i know is it has correlations to the devil and evil i think.
