Hmm that is a bit weird,
I don't know about any possible symptoms for men about nipples hurting except for women..
If it continues for more than a week or so, I'd suggest calling up the doctor for a question or just go in for a check.
Yes Men have like a .01 chance of getting breast cancer too, but that is very very rare..
